We all have a creative project or two lurking around in our heads somewhere. Possibly even sitting on a shelf, ready to go but with no time or resources to take it that last mile into the lives of the people it was meant for. Not to mention that common fear -- What if I put my idea out there, and no one likes it? Or, How do I even find the right people to share this idea with? 

In this session, Stephanie Pereira will lead attendees through a step-by-step guide to building a fan base from scratch, with the goal of successfully launching a new creative idea into the world. Using real-life creative case studies, we will walk through a template for setting goals, defining key messages, identifying an audience, and then using online channels for building meaningful relationships that can inform and support a launch process.

This session is based on insights gained from Stephanie's 6+ years of experience working at Kickstarter, where she advised hundreds of people, organizations and businesses on how to plan a strategic online launch, and as the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Imprint Projects, a creative agency known for their community-based experiential work.
