Gaemer Gutierrez is currently Creative Director at CVS Health for their retail brand portfolio. At CVS Health, he has championed brand innovation and design thinking across emerging healthcare segments and led the creative transformation of its small group of private labels into an award-winning portfolio of brands. He attended Parsons School of Design in New York and Paris. As a young art director he designed Turbulences magazine one of the most influential fine art magazines in Paris of that time. He then returned to New York to work under legendary Rolling Stone publisher Jann Wenner and famed Art Director Fred Woodward to launch Men's Journal a new innovative men's magazine. Gaemer then found his way back to Europe and joined the design team at Vogue Germany. He has since worked on some of the world's most recognizable brands in mass and prestige including Estee Lauder Companies, Gillette, Gap, Old Spice, Dolce & Gabanna, and Valentino. In addition, he has provided creative vision for celebrities such has Tommy Hilfiger, Salma Hayek, and Andre Agassi on creating their namesake beauty brands. Gaemer has won numerous awards from some of the industry's most prestigious organizations including the 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business for 2016, Communication Arts, Society of Publication Designers, Graphic Design USA, The Art Directors Club, and a FIFI Award at Ann Taylor (the equivalent of an Oscar for the fragrance industry.) Gaemer is a leader in his industry speaking at design and branding conferences as well as being on the board of directors for the In-House Agency Forum, the preeminent organization for in-house agencies. He extends his passion for design and education as a mentor for master degree candidates at School of Visual Arts and as an adjunct professor at Fashion Institute of Technology.
